A food venture of your own
Thinking about a restaurant, takeaway or cloud kitchen? Discuss the culinary skills you need and compare the current syllabus before choosing a programme.

Thinking about working abroad?
Chef demand varies by destination and region. Jobs and Skills Australia’s 2025 Skills in Demand report, published May 2026, records regional—not national—chef shortages in 2025.

Skilled migration is a separate process.
Eligibility depends on the destination’s current occupation rules and visa requirements. A course does not guarantee a job, sponsorship, visa or permanent residence. Check the official rules and obtain qualified migration advice for your circumstances.
